Thank you for using the GO901 Mobile ticketing app and customer portal. By using the app, you agree to the terms and conditions of use. These terms govern the purchase and use of mobile tickets purchased from the GO901 Mobile app and the GO901Transit.com customer online web portal.

MATA reserves the right to issue updates to the mobile app. If you have an older version of the app on your device, you might need to download an updated version in order to continue to use the app.

Using Mobile Tickets

All mobile tickets are subject to the same rules and regulations of use as those tickets sold at MATA transit centers. MATA policies can be found on the matatransit.com website.

Reduced fare media and MATAplus fare media are available for purchase on the app for eligible customers. Eligible customers must have previously applied in person at the appropriate MATA facility and have obtained verification of eligibility along with a MATA issued ID. Reduced fare customers and MATAplus customers can then register on the app to receive access to purchase reduce fare media and MATAplus media.

Prices and Receipts

When you purchase a mobile ticket on the GO901 Mobile app, the price will be displayed before you are asked to confirm the purchase. Prices on the mobile app are the same as those tickets sold from MATA Transit Centers. Once you have completed your purchase on the mobile app, a receipt will be emailed to you at the email address you provided when you registered your account. By using the app, you agree to receive account related emails.

Data Charges

The GO901 Mobile app is free, however some data charges may be incurred by you from your network provider. All MATA Transit Centers and MATA vehicles are equipped with Wi-Fi, allowing customers to access and use the GO901 Mobile app without the need for a data plan. MATA cannot be held responsible for any connectivity issues that may occur.

Materials, Ownership and Restrictions on Use

The GO901 Mobile app, customer portal, and matatransit.com are designed for the sole purpose of providing transit and community related information and allowing MATA customers to purchase transit fares and manage their accounts.

All images, logos, graphics, data, software and any links are owned by MATA. It is unlawful to copy, reproduce, create derivations, republish, upload or post, transmit or distribute the GO901 Mobile app or any content within the GO901 Mobile app or customer portal.

Privacy and Security of the App

All personal and credit card information is securely stored using an encrypted Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant server. Please refer to MATA Privacy Policy for further information located on our website at https://www.matatransit.com.
